Update

A total of £13,860 has been raised for the Devon AIr Ambulance! Thank you to everyone who do...nated and took part in the 100km relay to help raise this incredible amount. Currently on week 6 of the Couch to 5k with Dad so the training has begun to get back in to running. I have also just started a part time job to go alongside volunteering, doing 16 hours a week covering breakfasts at a local hotel to get some more structure in to my week and back to working ways. Hope everyone is well!Read moreless

Update

Still making good progress and looking to do some volunteering to get some structure back in to my ...week ASAP. Also thinking to start the couch to 5k soon to get myself back running again. Nothing too much to update on but hoping to day by day feel stronger and stronger within myself. Love to all!Read moreless

Update

Last weekend was the 100km relay done for the DAAT and what a great day it was! Can’t thank everyone... enough who ran, walked and hosted. The amount we have raised together has now reached an amazing £8,000. This is incredible and will do so much to help the DAAT continue their amazing work. I managed to walk the first 5k stint and then friends and family took over and ran it home, but one day I will do the 100km ultra marathon as originally promised. Rehab continues at Homestill Cottage and so far so good long may it continue! Read moreless

Update

Really enjoying and cherishing my time being back at home with mum, dad and Matt. Especially relishi...ng going for lane walks and getting these legs going again, the walk up the hill to see Lady Beech and Sir Oak (pictured) is also a great incentive.Read moreless

Simon's now been at Mardon Neuro-Rehab Centre for 10 days and has made significant progress under th...e watch of the amazing team of therapists, doctors and nurses. He is now able to sit, stand and walk without supervision. Still lots of work to be done — but Simon is well on his way and grateful for all the love and support from family & friends! Read moreless
