About Simon

On Monday 22 March, Simon was involved in a serious accident at work and sustained a fractured skull. He was airlifted to Derriford Hospital and underwent emergency neurosurgery to remove a blood clot on the brain. The operation was successful and he was kept sedated and ventilated for 2 weeks, before being transferred to RD&E. He was eventually moved to Mardon Neuro Rehabilitation Centre to receive a mix of speech and language, physio, psychological and occupational therapy. He has now returned home to continue his rehabilitation & therapy in the community. The purpose of this page is to provide a single 'information' point on Simon's progress. This page is private, and we are only providing this link to friends and family. Please respect this and only share with those who personally know Simon. Thank you so much for all the love and support. Keep sending positive and healing thoughts Simon's way! Love Eileen, Dave, Matt & Simon
